The South Jakarta District Court is set to hold the first hearing for the severe assault case against Cristalino David Ozora (17 years old), with Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas Rotua Pangondian Lumbantoruan (19) as the defendants on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. Despite the expected public attention, there will be no special security measures in place for the proceedings.
"There will be no special security measures," said Djuyamto, the public relations officer of the South Jakarta District Court, when questioned on Monday, June 5, 2023.
Additionally, Djuyamto stated that there would be no lockdown of the court premises. However, the court has coordinated with the police and the prosecutor's office regarding security arrangements for the first hearing involving the two defendants.
"The security has been coordinated with the prosecutor's office and the South Jakarta Police," Djuyamto revealed.
Previously, the South Jakarta District Court scheduled Tuesday, June 6, 2023, as the date for the first hearing and reading of the charges against the two defendants in the severe assault case. Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas Rotua Pangondian Lumbantoruan are facing allegations of committing a severe assault against the young victim, David Ozora.
The South Jakarta District Court has also finalized the composition of the panel of judges to preside over the trial of this criminal case involving the severe assault against David Ozora. "The first hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 6, 2023," Djuyamto confirmed.
